Windev 9 is the first environment of programation under Windows in Europe, and the second, after Visual Basic, in the United States. It proposes his own language of programation called the W-Language who is  a language of the fifth generation, simple, powerful, and near to the french.  More over, Windev have a RAD (Rapid Apllication Development) high-performance, able to generate automatically the whole windows of an  apllication from a simple analysis.

Windev is also composed by a complete editor of database who allowed to generate the files of a database from an analysis.
