The command msconfig open a system configuration utility that permits you to modify Windows XP's
startup options. The goal of this article is to make people who don't know this command discover it, and explain its functionalities
to the ones who have already meet it.
So, this article will describe the functionalities of this utility but under no circumstances will describe the reason of the
existance of the services that your computer launched at its startup.
