With this tutorial, it will be possible for you to install
and to configure Oracle simple Designer 9 in way some is your level in Oracle,
to install Oracle Designer it is necessary that Oracle 9i is already installed
on the station. The first part is the installation of the software, which is not
harder but a good tutorial is always welcome. The second part is more complex
knowing than it is about the configuration of the software like creating an
account user so that in the third and last part, we can pass to the installation
