Summary

This document presents the TIC with the development of solutions to deploy within a community (County council, City hall).
This step which come within a program of " Fight against the digital fracture" has for objective to go with the communities technological projects.
Indeed we note nowadays that the TIC's integration into daily life doesn't take an equitable form at the population, companies or communities level whiwh can't be isolated from the technology using.
We'll start with the TIC's definition . Then we'll present the concept of Fight against the digital fracture. To conclude we'll see how to develop solutions for the communities within a example.
Note that we'll turn our development vers the communities which reprensent the main objective of our action.
